At Le Bèton, every order is handled with care to ensure your pieces arrive safely and on time. Our shipping policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Please allow 2–4 business days for order preparation before shipment.

Custom or oversized items, including architectural planters and arrangements, may require additional lead time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at checkout or by email.

                                                     

                                                          Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard, expedited, and white-glove delivery services depending on the product and destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location. For select large-scale or fragile items, a custom shipping quote may be required. Our team will contact you to arrange delivery.

                                                           

                                                                Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery within the continental U.S. typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Expedited options (where available) reduce this timeframe.

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

                                                               International Shipping

International orders may be available upon request.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country of residence.

                                                               Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Large or white-glove deliveries will be scheduled directly with you to ensure convenience and care.

                                                             Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist with a replacement or claim. Le Bèton is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting a secure delivery address.

At Le Bèton, every piece is crafted and curated with care. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our succulent compositions, all sales of these items are final and not eligible for return or refund. For non-living merchandise (such as décor, accessories, and other products), returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
